We will come to your home, evaluate your needs, and take time to explain our services and get to know each other.  This is what we call our 1 hour no obligation free evaluation.  We will then match you with one of our associates, and at any time if you feel you are not compatable, we will match you with another associate.  We understand that there are personality differences and our goal is to have you feel very comfortable with each other.

We certainly can help with every aspect of your parents move and we will keep you informed of all the details as we go along. We have an extensive check list that we evaluate together, and after determining budget, location, needs, and desires, we will take you to a variety of retirement homes for a tour, and a meal.  By systematically evaluating these places, you can compare the strengths and weaknesses of each thus being able to determine where you see yourself living in the future.  

Yes, we can email them a daily report if that is what you desire. We can't emphasize enough the importance of open communication between family members.  It will give everyone peace of mind knowing what is happening during our visits.

Yes we do, and we like to refer to our Gift Certificates as "The Gift of Time".  You can purchase a block of time, along with the services you would like to have done for your loved one, or they can choose what services they would lke us to do for them.  This is a wonderful way to take the guessing out of "what should I give Grandma"  for special occassions.  Most seniors do not "need things", but they often struggle with loneliness and the inability to be as independant as they would like to be.  We would love to spend time with them and brighten their day by contributing in a positive way that will help them and be an encouragement to you.
